Thursday, April 21, 2011 Nikki and Chris' Wedding at Tampa Bay Watch, tierra verde, fl What can I say about Nikki and Chris' wedding... moving. I actually got goosebumps while looking through their photos. I don't know if it was from the closeness of the two families or the camaraderie within the many military brothers representing both the Navy and the Marines. The day started off dicey as the bride ended up in the E.R. from exhaustion and dehydration. However, all was good and the weather was phenomenal! This was the first time I had shot a wedding at the Tampa Bay Watch and the location was great. Right on the water and minutes from Fort DeSoto. We also had the pleasure of working with some of the Bay area's finest wedding professionals... Puff 'n Stuff Catering, Botanica, Julissa Mercado and Paul Brace Entertainment. Tuesday, April 12, 2011 Yankees versus Sox, pass-a-grille beach, fl I finally had a chance to get together with Brittney and Steven last week to shoot their eSession. I met them at the coolest beach location in the Bay area, Pass-a-Grille Beach. We had a couple of drinks beforehand to get to know each other and I found out that this was indeed, a house divided... Yankees vs. Red Sox... New York vs. Boston... Eli vs. Tom... you get the picture. Seeing how much these two new homeowners are into each other I think that a truce will be easy to come by :-) Friday, April 08, 2011 Top Gun, pass-a-grille beach, fl This weekend we are shooting Nikki and Chris' wedding at the Tampa Bay Watch... which is kind of an unknown jewel in the Bay area. It is located near the toll plaza entrance to Fort DeSoto. Chris is a Navy pilot and Nikki is a pilates instructor. They reside in Seattle so a little sunshine will definitely be welcome. I'm excited to be working with a lot of incredible vendors as well... Puff 'n Stuff Catering, Botanica and Paul Brace Entertainment. Should be fun.
